How would I get tickets from you? These days, nearly all airline tickets are issued as e-tickets. Therefore, we can email your itinerary to you, complete with confirmation number for easy check-in at the airport.

On the few airlines not offering the ticketless option, we will deliver them to you via the US Postal System, UPS or FedEx, whatever is required to get them to you in plenty of time.


How do I pay for tickets from you? We accept any of the major credit cards. If you would like to establish a commercial account with us, we would then be happy to bill you.


Can you reserve rental cars? Absolutely. We have direct computer access to every major car company worldwide. We can always tell you the lowest prices available for the dates you need, any discounts you may qualify for, and any other options you may wish to consider. We can book cars for you as easily and quickly as we can airline reservations.


Can you reserve hotels? Yes, and usually at considerable savings off so-called "rack rates." We always have access to corporate rates (using our corporate number if not yours) and, even better, preferred-corporate rates at, literally, thousands of hotels worldwide.


Do you use customer profiles when booking trips? Yes we do. Corporate travelers often have specific airlines, hotels and car companies they want to utilize. For that reason, we recommend our business clients complete our Traveler Profile sheet. This information will enable our agents to serve you more expediently and will help ensure that all of your personal travel preferences are met. When you first become a customer of ours, we will email or fax you the profile form you can fill out at your leisure and then fax back to us.

Once you've completed your profile form, we will automatically use the information in it on future bookings, until you tell us otherwise.


Can my business receive regular summaries or other accounting reports on our travel? Absolutely. We can duplicate any report you're now receiving or design new ones to your exact specifications. Just tell us the information you need, when you'd like it and how you plan to use it.
